COURSE DETAILS

3, 1.5 Hour Classes
August 11, 18 and 25
Fridays from 10am – 11:30am EST

FREE TO INNER CIRCLE MEMBERS

These 3 sessions will focus on exploring basic ideas and skills related to the role that the body plays at the intersection of healing, self-unfolding & contemporary appreciations of the principles found in traditional spiritual practice. The deeper wisdom of the body must remain central if spirituality is is going to align with general health and well-being.

The contemporary cognitive science of wisdom-development, cognitive maturation and emotional intelligence are clarifying many ancient approaches to embodied experience — both for self-regulation and the unfolding of new states, new depth and subtle human functions. To explore these territories safely requires an ever-deepening curiosity about the richness of embodiment both for individual inner growth and for the cultivation of meaningful intersubjective “we-spaces.”

These classes will include a combination of lecture material, guided contemplations, individual practices & group inquiry.
